
Refund and Payment Policy
Payments
Pet Owner agrees to maintain a valid credit or debit card in their Time To Pet account. Leashes and Litters is authorized to automatically charge the stored payment method when an invoice becomes due. Cash, checks, money orders, or peer-to-peer payment services such as Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, or similar platforms are not accepted.

Payment for services is due in full no later than four (4) days prior to the first date of service for each invoice. If payment is not received by this time, the stored payment method on file will be automatically charged.
Refund Policy
Leashes and Litters does not issue refunds. If Pet Owner cancels a reservation with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, a credit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the cost of non-rendered services will be issued to the Pet Owner’s account. No credits will be issued for cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. All credits expire 180 days after the original date of payment and may not be redeemed thereafter. Leashes and Litters reserves the right to refuse issuance of credits if Pet Owner frequently cancels services, defined as three (3) or more cancellations within any thirty-one (31) day period.
