Yes. We will bring in any mail/parcels and place them in a safe place away from your pets.

Absolutely! We are able to administer all sorts of medication, Insulin, oral medication, topical medication and more. Just let us know what we can do to help.

Thats up to you! Usually a team member will spend some time with your pet, give them cuddles and play time. They will change out their water and give them food (if required). They will take your dog out to go potty, we can even organise a short walk within a drop-in service.

Drop-ins are perfect for cats, pocket pets, puppies, elderly dogs or dogs who are recovering from surgery and are unable to go on full walks yet.

Yes! We can take your dog on a short walk during your Drop-in visit. Usually we will split the time so your dog gets some cuddles and play at home along with a short walk to go potty.
